Key Tri-State Clearing and Tree Service Senior management consists of our Vice President Civil and our Vice President Operations. Our Vice President Civil has been involved with access road / road construction, land clearing, and vegetation storm restoration projects for over 40 years. Our Vice President Operations holds ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Utility Specialist and Licensed Herbicide / Pesticide applicator license. These gentlemen have over 70 years of combined experience in our markets.

Our employee workforce holds OSHA 10 and NYS DEC SWPPP certifications. Safety and Operations training take place prior to a new employee starting field work. During 2021, our company purchased approximately seven acres of land in West Bloomfield, New York. We have a 4800 square foot forestry equipment repair and storage building. In 2025, we built an administration office. All company departments are in West Bloomfield, NY. When not on project sites the yard will store thousands of our company’s timber mats. West Bloomfield, New York yard is close to Interstate 90 and 390 and offers easy access to our customers in Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Massachusetts.

In 2020 Tri-State Clearing and Tree Service became a division of John Anderson Construction Inc. John Anderson Construction Inc is a 36-year-old company based in Warren, Pennsylvania. The combined employment is approximately one hundred employees.
